At Lili's Hair, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable delivery. All hair and beauty ordeers — including wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and styling accessories — are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 14 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but we aim to ensure every customer receives their order promptly and safely.
Guarantee: If your order is not received within 14 business days, and there are no verified courier or customs delays, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your parcel’s progress in real time via the courier’s tracking page.
Delays & Customs
We strive to meet all delivery timelines; however, please note that factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier backlogs may occasionally cause slight delays. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Packaging & Quality Assurance
Every item is carefully inspected, packaged, and sealed to maintain hygiene and product integrity. For wigs and bundles, hair is stored and shipped in protective sleeves or silk bags to preserve quality during transit.
Refunds for Non-Delivery
If your parcel has not arrived within 14 business days and no legitimate courier delay has been recorded, you may request a full refund. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days using your original payment method.
